1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this Giveaway is DeltaFunded (“Sponsor”)

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements herein.

3. Eligibility

• Open only to legal residents of any member state of the European Union, aged 18 or older at time of entry.
   

• Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor or any entity involved in the administration of the Giveaway, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household, are not eligible.
   

• Void where prohibited by law.
   

4. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway will consist of three (3) consecutive four-week periods (each a “Giveaway Period”).

• Period 1: Begins on the date shown on the official entry page starts and runs for four (4) weeks.
   

• Period 2: Begins immediately upon the close of Period 1 and runs for the next four (4) weeks.
   

• Period 3: Begins immediately upon the close of Period 2 and runs for the final four (4) weeks.
   

All entries for a given period must be received before that period ends in order to be eligible for that period’s drawing. Entries received after the close of Period 3 will be ineligible.

Each period’s start and end times are based on Central European Summer Time (CEST, UTC+2).

 

5. How to Enter

• Visit the official DeltaFunded Giveaway page during the Giveaway Period.
   

• Complete and submit the entry form with all required information.
   

• Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address.
   

• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted by any other method are void.
   

6. Earning Bonus Entries

During the Giveaway Period, entrants may earn additional entries by completing optional actions listed on the entry page, such as:

• Referring friends via a unique link (valid only if the referred friend registers during the Giveaway Period with a unique, valid email).
   

• Following Sponsor on social media channels.
   

• Joining the DeltaFunded Discord community.
  Each valid action will accrue the number of bonus entries specified on the entry page. Fraudulent or automated entries are disqualified.
   

7. Prizes

Up to $500,000 worth of challenges awarded by DeltaFunded, as detailed on the giveaway entry page. Exact number and nature of challenges awarded shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received and bonus entries earned.

9. Drawing and Winner Notification

• On or about the end of the Giveaway Period, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries.
   

• Potential winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing.
   

• Winners must respond within five (5) business days of notification or forfeit the prize, which will be awarded to an alternate winner in a subsequent drawing.
   

10. Verification and Claiming Prize

• Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where legal) a publicity release within the time period specified by Sponsor.
   

• Failure to comply will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
   

11. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs its integrity.
   

• Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to this Giveaway are final.
   

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, receipt, or use of any prize.

13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at DeltaFunded Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy. 

 

By participating, you agree that your first name and a partially masked email address may be published if you win.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Sponsor is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
   

• Except where prohibited, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Sponsor’s home jurisdiction.
